ARBA was founded on a conviction: that financial advice to growth companies requires genuine commitment — not standardized processes and downward delegation in the organization. We work on a limited number of assignments at a time, and on each assignment senior advisors are directly involved in the strategy, investor dialogue and execution.
Our philosophy is simple: we only take on assignments we believe in, we structure transactions with discipline rather than speed, and we measure our success in client results -- not in volume. This means that we are selective in the choice of assignments, clear in our communication and consistent in our process — from the first meeting to the end.
Each assignment is led and supervised by senior advisors with hands-on transactional experience. We operate with a focused, partner-driven model that ensures direct accountability, disciplined structuring and consistent decision-making throughout the transaction cycle. Clients always meet decision-makers -- not junior analysts.

We combine deep understanding of Nordic and Baltic capital markets with targeted cross-border investor access. Our model builds bridges between issuers and investors in Sweden, Finland, Estonia and selected international capital markets — enabling structured and market-oriented transaction execution.

ARBA acts as a bonded agent to the Eminova Fund Commission, providing access to regulated capital market transactions and structured guarantee commitments. This means that clients can conduct capital markets activities with proper regulatory infrastructure, transparency and a clear compliance framework.
Regulated framework · MiFID II · Eminova Fund Commission
We selectively take on assignments — we do not accept every request. Each mandate undergoes an internal approval process that assesses strategic fit, reputational risks, conflicts of interest, and regulatory classification. This selectivity is not an obstacle — it is a guarantee of quality for the clients we choose to work with.
Selective · Internal approval process · Quality focus
We are actively involved in the entire transaction process — from early structuring and material preparation to investor dialogue, book-building and settlement. Our practical working method means that we don't just advise on what should be done — we help implement it, and we keep the process moving towards a well-defined conclusion.
Active engagement · Implementation focus · Full-cycle support
We build relationships, not transactions. Our success measurement is based on client performance and trust — not on the number of completed deals. That means being honest about what's realistic, clear when circumstances change and consistent in our communications throughout the mission.
Client Outcomes · Transparency · Long Term Relationships
Where appropriate and the transaction structure warrants it, ARBA arranges underwriting commitments from institutional investors and qualified parties. The purpose of a guarantee arrangement is to improve financial security, clarify the feasibility of the transaction and provide other investors with a clearer basis for decision-making - not to replace a well-structured process or a strong investor base.
We manage the underwriting process with discipline: we identify suitable guarantors, negotiate terms and structure the commitments correctly in relation to the regulatory requirements and allocation structure of the transaction. The warranty capability is a complement to our advisory process — not a separate offering.
